Public offer
This Public offer (hereinafter - Offer) is an official offer of "Yurta-kz" LLP (BIN 231040034457, legal address: Kazakhstan, Almaty, Dostyk Ave., 106G, index 050021), hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", to any individual, hereinafter referred to as "Client", to conclude a contract of paid services on the terms and conditions set out below.
1. general provisions
1.1 This Offer regulates relations between the Executor and the Client when booking accommodation, tables in the restaurant and Kumys-bar, as well as when paying for services on the website https://yurtaalmaty.com.
1.2 Acceptance of the Offer (making actions on booking and/or payment for services) means full and unconditional agreement of the Client with the terms of this Offer.
2. Subject of the contract
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with accommodation and reservation services, and the Client undertakes to pay for the said services.
3. Booking and payment procedure
3.1 The Customer shall make a booking request on the website, specifying the required data.
3.2 Payments shall be made online through secure payment systems, including Kaspi Bank and other available methods.
3.3 The booking confirmation is sent to the Customer to the e-mail address or phone number specified by the Customer.
4. Cancellation and refund conditions
Cancellation of reservations and refunds are made in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The client can contact the contacts listed on the website to make a refund.
5. Liability of the parties
The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Contractor shall not be liable for the impossibility of rendering services for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, actions of third parties, etc.).
6. Final provisions
6.1 This Offer shall come into effect from the date of its publication on the website https://yurtaalmaty.com and shall be valid indefinitely.
6.2 The Executor is entitled to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Offer without prior notice to the Client.
6.3 All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in court under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
